Product Comparisons - Prostate Products from Hampshire Labs
Updated 02-22-2011
One of the most common
questions asked of Customer Service regarding prostate supplements is:
"What is the difference between them?"
If you have browsed the "Men's Health" section of this website you
probably have noticed that there are several prostate products made by
Hampshire Labs.
1. Antiiva (Often mispelled as Antiva)
Antiiva is one of the earliest prostate supplements made by Hampshire Labs, and
was the predecessor to Prost-8. It was designed to be of benefit to those
with an existing enlarged prostate.
Antiiva (active) ingredents
consist of:
Campesterol, Beta Sitosterol,
Brassicasterol, Isoflavones, Zinc Citrate, and Pumpkin Seed Oil.
Despite the development of newer products, Antiiva is still very popular among customers who have used it with great success over the years. In fact, due to customer demand it has recently been re-stocked by Hampshire Products.
2. Prost-8
Prost-8 was built on the core ingredients of Antiiva, with the additional
ingredients of Selenium and an adjustment (200mg) of the sitosterol dosage.
3. Prost-10
Prost 10 was built on the
core ingredients of Prost-8, with the additional ingredients of Lycopene,
Beneflax seed, and Boswellia
4. Prostivita
Prostivita
has the core ingredients of Prost-8, with the additional ingredients of Saw
Palmetto and Pygeum Africanus.
To put it into perspective,
think of the quantity and difference in types of pain relievers. (i.e. Ibuprofen vs. Acetaminophen
vs. Aspirin)
What works for one person may
not work for another. An individual
might have a sensitivity to one over the other.
It is much the same with regard to vitamins and supplements.
